Welcome to Second Grade! I hope you had a fun summer and you are ready to sail into a new school year!
I am excited to be your teacher this year and I am looking forward to meeting you on the first day of school!
This year in 2nd grade you will learn a lot of new things while having a lot of fun! You will become a better reader and writer! You will read and write every day. You will learn more about communities in Social Studies, plants and insects in Science, and solve lots of problems in Math.
I am EXCITED to see you on the first day! I hope you are as excited as I am to begin the new school year. It is going to be a great year!
