About Mrs. Bixler
I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Susquehanna University with a concentration in Mathematics. In 2001, I finished my Master of Science in Education from the University of Pennsylvania in Reading, Writing, and Literacy. I also have my Reading Specialist certification in the state of Pennsylvania. The 2022-23 school year will be my twenty-first year with the Lower Moreland Township School District. I am excited to be returning to the fifth grade classroom this fall! Last year I filled the role of Math Specialist as a teacher on special assignment.
I have three wonderful children of my own. Quint is 11 and in sixth grade this year. Reed is 9 years old and is in fourth grade. Lydia is 7 and just began second grade! They are excited to be at school with things "back to normal".
We enjoy spending lots of time together on the weekends and in the summer. This summer we went to Ocean City, MD and Nags Head, NC! We visit our house in Ocean City frequently. We have 3 dogs and 5 guinea pigs and we love to play with them.
